2. Placing order
2.1 How to order
Orders can be placed via multiple ways including ordering online at www.P28usa.com, by phone at0019736501606, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Office hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm EST (MON-FRI) for any E-mail inquiry, you will receive reply within 24 hours.
2.2 Order confirmation
After the completion of an order (via online, phone, or email) customers will receive an email order confirmation the same day and prior to shipping the order of what items have been placed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order and ensure that all information including shipping address, part number(s), part quantities, and type of shipping information is correct.
2.3 Order correction & cancellation
If the information is inaccurate or there is a need to cancel an order, it is the customer's responsibility to contact p28usa immediately via phone (0019736501606) and/or email email@example.com to inform of such correction. P28USA will cancel the incorrect order and ask the customer to resubmit a new order.
2.4 Ready to Dispatch
P28USA, upon generating the shipping information will email the customer a tracking number with the courier information in which the customer can track the package by logging into his/her account.
Normal delivery will take 5-8 business days. Business days are from Monday through Friday not including Saturdays, Sundays, or Public holidays.
If there is a back-order the customer will receive an email the same day of shipping the order stating what items are on back-order. It is the customer's responsibility to contact P28USA via email or phone if they wish for us to cancel the back-order.
Any item that is on back-order will be shipped to customers via FedEx or DHL on P28USA’s expense.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Price Terms
Prices are valid at the time of order. All prices are exclusive of VAT and tax (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice from time to time.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.
3.2 Payment Terms
Full payment must be made prior to dispatch of the products, by credit or debit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and . All prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept all major debit/credit cards. In the event of non-authorization of payment by your card issuer you will receive an on screen notification and your order will not be processed. Second day Dispatch if item is in stock, if not it will Dispatch after 3 days. All orders are shipped by FedEx or DHL. PERFECT 28 DENTAL ARTS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipment and for any delays in receiving your shipment as a result of the carrier/shipping service, weather, transportation, acts of natural disaster, or any other situations out of our control.
In the event that the item is lost, stolen, damaged or delayed please notify P28USA via email only at info@p28USA.com with the tracking information, pictures, and all relevant documentation. We will contact the shipping carrier and inform you of the status of the claim throughout the process. Once p28USA resolves the claim we will inform you of the result. If you have special rates please contact us if you wish for us to use your shipping labels and will do our best to accommodate you.
For customers who wish to utilize their own shipping accounts and services please notify us and email your own shipping label in a PDF format and we will waive any shipping or handling fees.
We need to receive this information by 3:00pm EST to ship the customer order out the same day.
5. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
In the case of returns of any purchased items strictly due to (Incorrect size, incorrect type, or product damage) You may do so within 5 business days of receipt of your order. The items must be in unused and original condition for a full refund in accordance with our refunds policy set out below.
If you wish to return items, you must send Return notification in writing to Email info@p28USA.com.

5.2 Opened Packages
We are not responsible if the part is opened. Please confirm that the part you purchased and have in your possession is the correct one prior to opening the original package.
5.3 Product Replacement
Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error.
5.4 Prosthetic Instrument Guarantee
We provide proper cleaning and sterilization methods so that you can prolong the life of our prosthetic instruments. We do not accept return prosthetic instruments removed from their original package.
5.5 Refund Policy
If you return items within the period mentioned above and in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the returned items. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you. However, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and all postal costs or other costs incurred when returning the product(s).
If you return the product because you are claiming that it is defective we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective.
